Blat Kebap

Die Herstellung von Blatt Kebap ist praktisch und identisch wie Tepsi Kebabi. Jedoch wird da weniger Sauce vor dem Backen drauf plaziert. Deswegen ist der Blatt Kebap etwas weniger feucht aber trotzdem sehr fein.

Blatt Kebap wird in einem frisch hergestellten Fladenbrot (Pide) serviert.
